So if I were to delete SSM and start again it should work. But I'm afraid it doesn't. So far the support I have had from Capita has been great and they are working on the issue for me. Ill let you know how I get on with this issue. Thanks

Hi All, Any one have an idea where I can find the teachers association regarding teacher association with the teacher app. Reading the papers provided by Capita no info is stored in the cloud its all pulled live from our SIMs. So in my head I must be able to find the association in the DB and remove it. Thus allowing users to re-authenticate with the teachers app. When the system works normally you can do it in the portal but we cant for some reason. Any info or a point in the right direction would be great.
