Ah I see! Yeah that's a good idea for exam season! For now I'll either cancel the recurring or just verbally tell them that their timetabled booking is being replaced by an exam. Thanks

Thanks @webman for the reply! In regards to suggestion 2; I have tried create a single "EXAM" booking over a recurring booking but the recurring booking always seems to take priority. However, interestingly creating a single booking does seem to take priority over a non-recurring booking. It is possible that I have misunderstood what you meant by your second suggestion, any ideas? Thanks for all your help.

Hello @webman, it's @Ephelyon's technician here! We're using your Classroom Booking system and in anticipating the exam period I’m anticipating a potential issue we might have. As exams are taking priority over the normal scheduled recurring lessons I am having to cancel some recurring bookings to make room for exams. However, this deletes all future and past recurring bookings for that period, meaning that when I go a couple of months into the future to book an exam it deletes the current recurring bookings up until that time. Is there any way to cancel just one instance of a recurring booking and allow the others to remain unaffected? This would be like the difference between deleting an “occurrence” and deleting a “series” of recurring appointments in Outlook, say. Do you know if there’s a way to do that on CRBS?

That looks a lot like the same manufacturer that we got a trolley to store 32 tablets in, they're good quality and the cable management was pretty tidy compared to other ones I'd seen. Expensive though!
