which update caused the issue or is it the one that failed?

Hi Victory I am having exactly the same problem (I'm the data manager printing reports). Someone told me to hold the print queue, print the reports so they are all sent to the photocopier, then let the print queue print. I'm going to try this week and see if it works although not an ideal solution!
