Hi This is my first post. Would appreciate any help. Laptops in domain have display issues after Windows update to v1709 The display is blinking and the only thing you can access is task manager. It seems to affect all users except Administrator and Local accounts. It does not seem to matter what model of laptop or PC it is. Does anyone know a fix or require any more information. Appreciate any assistance. Regards, Mouse
