Hi pcstru, We've attendance data going back to 2002 which seems all to be intact. Do you mean that the dataset isn't even represented in the tables or something or it's there but all reverted to blanks Dan

*de-lurks* Another alternative is to download Report Builder 3.0 for free and hook it up to the Facility DB and knock together some reports to query it - you can get Report Builder to display the data pretty much however you want it. Even if you don't have someone in house who can do it you might find it's a cheaper option to get a consultant to set up those reports for you than to pay for the legacy license year on year. *goes back to lurking*
