Hi, We have bought quite a few Dell OptiPlex 3030 PCs. After installing the ActivInspire software and updating Windows etc, I restart the machine, plug in the USB cable attached to the ActivPanel but I get an error saying "USB device not recognised". I know the ActivPanel isnt faulty because it works with other laptops, but I've tried so many of the other Dells it just doesn't work. Any ideas why??
