    Hi, Thanks for this. We recently ordered a new original remote from Epson and the problem was then resolved. Thanks for your help.

    I have just replaced the bulb in an Epson EB-X6e Educational Projector. You have to enter a password on start up but we do not have the original projector remote. Does anyone have an original remote they are currently not using and could post out to us to borrow (to get it in working order)? This would be really appreciated as its currently not usable. Thanks
