I am having an issue pushing a printer to clients (Win7) via GPO. I seem to have a weird setup that I cannot change at the moment. I have a print server running off a Windows Server 2008 R2 server and my DC is a Windows Server 2003 SP2 R2. I have added the printer successfully to the printer server and when I select deploy via gpo on the printer it seems to find the new GPO I created on the '03 server called Printer GPO. The printer on the printer server is shared and set to list in the directory. I would like to apply the GPO to the user instead of the computer. I already set the pushprinterconenctions.exe, did a gpupdate /force, and logged off and on with the user with no success. I don't even know if this is possible. Please, someone point me in the right direction. Thanks!
