if you haven’t I'd have a look at this doc Quick Start Guide Cisco Aironet 1130AG Access Point [Cisco Aironet 1130 AG Series] - Cisco Systems Are you using them by them self or managed via 4400 series controller?

are you setting these up as autonomous or lightweight access points?

We had a similar problem with the wireless taking about 30 secs to start up. An update of the wireless card drivers fixed this, maybe worth a look.

Just interested to see what people thought I should be on. I currently manage the ICT for a group of schools 1 college 4 primary schools - about 3000 pupils, 500 staff, 1500 PC's, 25 servers and about 60 managed switches over 7 sites. I manage 3 Techs and an apprentice. cheers
