Apologies if this is in the wrong forum, but what happens if something happens in the classroom (or anywhere else in the school) and you need help e.g. someone collapses, aggressive behaviour, need assistance from another member of staff? Do you normally ask a child to fetch someone, call from your mobile or simply shout for help? Does Capita SIMS (or similar program) have the facility to "request assistance" from the desktop?
