  1. Thank you for this. It provided the exact information I needed and you are my hero forever. For my district, I put together a batch file which performs the steps you outlined automatically. I'm posting it here to hopefully help others. It automatically deletes all user-specific configuration files for ActivManager, then creates a copy of the included activmanager.ini file in the All Users folder. https://github.com/rdbahm/Windows-Scripts/tree/master/Promethean Please let me know if it helps you.
