It appears correct everywhere else, it even changes the shortcuts on the start menu (only for her). If you check out the picture, that is what I can see when going to her documents via our NAS server.

So guys and girls.. I seem to have a little issue with a student who has come in now for the 6th time this week about whenever she logs on all her shortcuts and documents all appear as .doc files. Deleting her profile off of our domain controller seems to temporarily fix the issue, but when she then re-logs in it seems to revert back to change it all again to .doc files... I think I'm going mental...
