2nd Line Support Technician Starting salary: £22,795 35 hours per week, 52 weeks per year Required for an immediate start We are seeking to appoint an IT technician to join our ICT support team as soon as possible. Working as part of the ICT support team, you will provide 2nd line support to staff and students, ensuring that all users are able to utilise the academy’s ICT network, facilities and infrastructure to its full potential. IT Network Manager JE9 (£38,681 - £44,075) 35 hours per week, 52 weeks per year We are seeking a self-motivated professional to manage the effective development, review, implementation and maintenance of the City of London Academies (Southwark) IT policies and practice, in order to ensure that the ICT support function is effectively administered, highly motivated and successful to deliver the Academy’s strategic aims and objectives. The successful candidate will lead a team of ICT Technicians and will be responsible for maintaining an ICT infrastructure that is secure, reliable, robust and resilient and supports all aspects of teaching and learning across the Academy.
