Hi, We are using Cisco network (AP, WLC) and authenticate all PCs over Radius, NPS on Windows Server 2008R2. All the laptop connect to 1 SSID (PEAP, no certificate, authenticate via computer account). PCs works fine but I don't know how to set this up with Mac. I joined Mac to Active Directory and saw the Computer name on the AD already. I used Apple Configurator to generate profile with the PEAP setting, $COMPUTERNAME as user name but it does not work. Our Macs are running Mavericks Could you help me with this! Thanks!

Hello, VPP is not supported in our country. We use Apple Configurator to supervise iPads and use FileWave to deploy apps. We use 1 Apple ID to login iPads and install apps. However, I have to input the Apple ID password every time I deploy apps from FileWave. Can this be fixed ? Thanks!

Thank you, Do I need 1 more server with raid config to store DS Repo? Next year, we have 100 Mac clients and 150 iPads. I 'd like to use this server as MDM server as well, can the Mac Mini do this well ? Because after imaging, I have to deploy apps : CS6, MS Office 2011.. to some Mac (not all).

Hi, Which Mac deployment solution are you using at your school? Next year we start providing 100 Macs to teachers. I'm looking for a clone solution. I found 3 solutions to do this task: DeployStudio, Casper and FileWave Imaging. I tried to download FileWave Image Virtual Appliance but when I open it with VMWare, it even couldn't boot :| also Filewave lacks many features (https://docs.google.com/a/unishanoi.org/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Ane3dV9FGdGLdEU5Skc4QTl4dU1kcTY3Vm8wTm84ZWc#gid=0) I requested Casper trial and still waiting their response. So now, I'm playing with DeployStudio but have some issues with the config and repo. Can Casper or DeployStudio deploy image over Wireless as our Mac is Macbook Pro Retina ? And could you give me the recommendation for the Deploy Server ? Thanks!

Thank you so much. I have another question : Should I use DeployStudio (or somethings like that) or FileWave to deploy softwares to a brand new Mac? Have you ever use Filewave or casper or other MDMs to deploy "big" softwares (Adobe CS6, MS Office 2011...) to Mac over Wifi?

Hi everyone, I'm a PC user and Windows Server administrator but this summer I have to setup about 100 Mac. And I need attach all our Mac to our Active Directory. Can I deploy this setting via Profile Manager or any MDM solutions? All I have now are : FileWave, Meraki SM, 1 Mac with OSX server and 1 week played with these things Thank you so much!
