Is this just happening today? I know schools Broadband are having some internet issues at my school and it has threw up a couple of MFA activation errors but most likely due to the Internet issues as School IP address whitelisted for MFA onsite and a couple of users been prompted today.

Windows 10 Workstation doesn't wake up from sleep and keyboard/mouse unresponsive, only way to solve it is a hard crash and power on again It happens on different Windows 10 OS Versions but the Graphics driver are the latest Intel HD530 Version which was installed after running the Intel Driver Assistant (a new 2019 version)

Just bought 10 new Acer Travelmate P Laptops and removed all installed version and Apps of Office and reinstalled Office ProPlus 2016. Windows 10 fully updated as of now. When i put the MAK Key in the green tick appears as its successful (i know we have enough licenses) but it doesn't activate and its stuck in a loop of the activation wizard. I did Activate it successfully at first but when I then run windows updates to update Office it then asks for activation again after the Office updates are applied. Anyone with similar experiences or solutions?

Our head of ICT won a complete Wireless system including 10 Access Points and wireless controller and Netgear POE Switch a couple of years ago. I am having problems adding another mail account using Outlook 2010 to a privileged user. I can add the same mail account when I logon using my own RM Admin account. The user can also logon to this account fine using OWA, any ideas? PC: RMCC4 Internet: TalkStraight Filtering: Lightspeed Mail Client: Outlook 2010 Error message "An encrypted connection to your mail services is not available"

Struggling a bit, do you have to create the user account first on the target PC as when I create an account using the software the profile does not copy over to the new account created but it does copy over to the Admin Account?

Hi Disk Just quicklytried Forensit and from what I can see you can only migrate a user profile tothe same PC? I need to copy a profile from one PC and load that to other PCs

Thanks Pow but as I said any imaging solutions is not an option as the Netbooks have all now been rolled out.

Thought so was just hoping for a magic wand. Just wanted to gain some time as this will take roughly 15-20 minutes per Netbook against imaging each one then doing post install tasks on those new images. I am doing this as the account I want to change on the Netbooks have been used through an academic year and I want a quick way of restoring this account to how it was minus documents, customisation changes etc. as the Netbooks are going to be used by somebody else.

No I should have said that all the devices are all standalone and not joined to any domains. There are 30 each in each school.

Can you copy a Windows 8.1 standard User account and load it on another PC. Problem: I have 300 Windows 8.1 Netbooks and need to put a standard user account an all of them with a customized desktop, Profile Picture and Internet settings etc. Can this be done by creating a master standard user account on one Netbook and then loading onto the other 300 PC's. Imaging is not an option. If this cannot be done can you save the profile of the user I create (desktop pic, internet settings etc.) and load this on new accounts I create on the other Netbooks.
