I hope someone will be able to help or at least give a few suggestions. Recently students have been having issues with IE. When they click the shortcut, multiple windows pop up and they have to close every window then reopen IE in order to type anything in the search bar.
We know it's not a case of the students being impatient and constantly clicking the shortcut if its slow to start up. It doesn't seem to occur all the time on the computers but it seems to be 'spreading' and affecting more computers. We have ran antivirus scans just in case but they are coming up clean. Student's are starting to get frustrated so we are trying to find out the cause.
