Pretty much solved everything thus far, however numerous random staff are geting MAP/ errors saying their usernames are incorrect, when in fact, they aren't. I've tested a couple of generic staff and student users and they log in fine.

I'd also like a less terrifying solution for this error so users don't email me telling me the Files system is horribly broken, when in fact, they just mistyped their username.

I've now completed the setup, however nobody can access their network drives. When you click on the home drive (mapped as %homedir%) or a network mapped drive, it just loads endlessly.

Alright, ASP.net wasn't installed correctly. Managed to get further but now my webpage looks like this: EDIT: Cleansed the code in the web.config file that stopped the css from loading.

I've followed the guide to the letter, added the SSL certificate, and set up the correct folder permissions (Server 2019 no longer uses "IIS AppPool\HAP" as a valid permissions object so it's currently IISUSER). I'm getting the following error: EDIT: Blitzed the whole server and started fresh, works now.

I now seem to get this error message. All pages have ticks, but the setup seems to have beef with my administrator settings

Sorry for resurrecting an old thread, but this is where google took me. I've started doing a test install of HAP V9 (with the included V9.7 upgrade zip) and got as far as testing the installation. So far I've commented out the lines due to the fact I'm running Server 2012 with IIS8, and I've attached a screenshot of the system.webserver line I've had to comment out because that itself was causing issues with the page loading. Now I get this error (second screenshot attached). At first I didn't have ASP.NET installed, I've since done that and restarted the server and still got the same issue with the page loading. Note, this is on a virtual machine on my workstation.
