Create a new account and make it a local administrator. Login as new account Open System Control Panel, click on Advanced, User Profile Settings. Delete the ad administrator profile (move any files, docs or downloads out of profile first). Logout Login as the ad administrator to create new profile. Update: Make sure you do not use roaming profiles esp for this account!

Thw Windows Easy transfer is still there but not easily accessible. Try Window + R and enter MigWiz to start the wizard.
