@GeekyPete: Thanks, neither mouse nor keyboard work. In this stage in Windows PE I have no option to check other USB devices, but I guess they won't work either because both mouse and keyboard seem to have no power (LEDs off). @dsgoody: thanks, unfortunately we don't have a separate deployment network at our customer's location... Did anyone try to integrate additional USB drivers into the boot image?

Hello, we have the same issue on a Acer Veriton L480G. Updated to the newest BIOS, nothing changed. Once WinPE is up, the LEDs on the mouse and keyboard are turned off and reconnecting also doesn't work. Anyone found a solution yet? Thanks in advance!!
