Yes, we did. We realized that we had the ipad tied to the account once before in another group. So each time we would "join" it, it would be in that other group that we weren't looking in. Once we realized the mistake, we deleted the profile from that group, rejoined it to our account in the group we wanted it in and it showed up.

I'm at my wits end. We have several iPad 2's, 3's, 4's, and airs in our Meraki account. I went to add an iPad 3 to it and it installed the Meraki Management Profile just fine. The problem is the device will not show up in the Clients on our Meraki account. I have uninstalled the profile and reinstalled it countless times. Restored the iPad several times. Even set it up in recovery mode, yet each time I join it to our Meraki account it will not show up in Clients. I even tried to join it to different "networks" and each time it will install the Meraki Management Profile but never show in clients. I've joined several other devices to the account since I started having this issue and they all show up in the Clients list but this one device does not. Has anyone else had this problem before? If so, what is the solution? Thanks!
