This is one of the best ways for print. A really simple way is to download an app which can allow you to send a doc attached to an email to a print@ email address and the printer will then print the attachment. You cant edit the print perameters etc but it is a simple solution which allows BYOD too. Thus allowing staff to use their personal smartphones/tablets too. Not sure on windows network im afraid.
