You could use a blackmagic USB capture card (£99): Blackmagic Design: Video Recorder I've not tried any of the really cheap ones, but for the purposes of what you are trying to do, something like this would also work: http://www.amazon.co.uk/KWorld-MAKER-USB2-0-VS-USB2800D-Direct/dp/B0007W5LWI/ref=sr_1_17?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1386071288&sr=1-17&keywords=usb+video+capture (Note that this needs a sound card conneciton on the pc for the audio, so may not work well with a laptop).
