@X-13 hows Fallout 4 going? I've reached max affinity with Cait and Piper now, and now working on Nick (who seems very easy to get up, if your nice to people, and hack a lot.)

Bought a game on ps store on sale the other day Party Golf typical side on golf game, albeit, all four people at the same time, but with a lot of twists (extra bouncy balls, balls that blow up, different shaped balls) Theres tons of different modifiers and havent had enough time to try it all yet, but it advertises over 100+ built in game modes. Only £1.89 atm.

I stopped playing GTAO when they did the Bunker update and you had to buy to lots of property for it, at a cost of around 3,500,000 quid!

I was very tempted to mess around with mods for my play through, but with it being on PS4, The mods I have are very limited. I also have all the DLC to go through (I did see a mod for improved textures that i was tempted by....)

I had to stop using Dogmeat as the barking set my dog off...

Depends, I guess. Using the above example, Fortnite:Battle Royale has it, and i don't think it takes away from the game at all. With the other comment about flash hider and suppressor, I assume going forward that they could incorporate that (or not!) into the "circle" of where you're being hit from. Maybe if they sort textures and that out, and maybe improve graphics it may not be as much of an issue....

Have just bought some Turtle Beach 50X , but i can't always use them with both ears, which doesn't help, even so it'd be nice to have a marker like on almost all shooter games to indicate where you're being hit from.... That patch is for PC, and not the XB1, unfortunately for me! (I also think Deatch Cam is currently PC only, and not available to us lowly xboxers.

Oh, and as is seemingly tradition whenever i'm off work, i'll get into a game just before i'm due to go back to work. In this case, started Fallout 4 on New Years Day (Second playthrough...)

Got a couple of bits over Xmas... Battlefront 2 (seems Ok, can totally tell how biased it is towards premium content though...) Bought Firewatch in the PS Sale (short game, but sucks you in to it's story very well) Earned my second Chicken Dinner in PUBG, although the whole being unable to work out where you're being shot from is becoming infuriating, the last 5 times i've played I never fired a single meaningful shot, as hadn't seen anyone before being killed. Also keep getting kicked out of game due to it crashing a few times.. Enjoyed many a game of Gang Beasts, although servers are a bit hit and miss

Yeah, was free w few months ago, I can't remember how far i got. Bu twas good.

There's clearly something really wrong with the game if I can win.... It seems ok, laggy at the start, and the buildings "popping up" as you're falling is quite bad, but then I haven't played the PC version to compare it too. It's only been out less than a week and it's in testing so unsure what they were expecting from it right at the start.

Got Destiny DLC Got PUBG, Played two rounds, first i fell off a cliff, second i got a nice LMG gun, but then died as I wasn't used to the huge recoil. (It's a lot different to Fortnite Battle Royale!) Got Gang Beasts (Matchmaking issues yesterday, played it's wave mode, very good fun, although hard to get to grips with the controls, think it's an easy to play hard to master type thing) Should be sorted over the xmas period!

I've lost a stone since start of September (through Slim Fast and beginning to run again, I was playing football but thats stopped due to lack of players...)...i fear December may be a difficult month mind.

Tough call, I have both, and have found that I am playing the Xbox more generally now, because my friends on there are on more regularly, although i personally actually prefer the PS4 ( I have rocket league on both, and PS4 version deffo has the edge (when randomly generating a car design for you, it's much quicker, and doesnt "bog down" whereas the Xbox version definitely has a touch of slowless about it) I tend to get much better deals on the ps store than you do on xbox in my experiance, although the free games every month i'd say Xbox wins (although PS4 has been much better recently, since the price increase for PS Plus) I guess than it may boil down to exclusives, and IMO PS4 wins on that front, with Uncharted and Horizon Zero Dawn series.

Still slowly grinding away on Destiny 2 atm. Dunno when i'll get the DLC.. GANG BEASTS COMES OUT NEXT WEEK. I R MUCH EXCITE.

Yeah, I'm gonna try grind away and pray i get better guns. Need to go thorugh my vault and see if there's anything i can level up...

On my LG there's a Game option, but i think its more changing brightness, contrast profile thing, rather than an actual Game Mode.

Havent picked up an auto rifle for what seems like an eternity.
