Hi All, Does anyone know a nifty way of disabling all users profile photos? got some students changing them to silly pictures. Thanks in advance!
-
In nottingham there's a very high possibility then! Small world and all that
-
Well not alot depending on the group find a local group (I travel to nottingham for mine 1 hour journey one way) and the groups support you with kit and advice until your ready to start making / buying kit

Hi, I'm wondering if anyone has an easy way of moving a single file into multiple users personal drives? I don't do it very often at all and I'm having a blank moment as to where to start. Cheers

Added you galway

Hmm if you want to stay multi purpose them your gonna be looking at the same ships as me the imp clipper and the fed dropship
-
I'm thinking my next ship is either a drop ship or clipper hmmph
-
Depends what you like doing trading get a type 6 then 7 the 9 combat highly recommend a vulture exploring an asp or adder
-
Ah right saving time if I keep getting missions like the attached below I should be golden! My mate rushed to a type 9 and makes a very large amount with that but fights using his fer de lance sorry for unclear picture but that's 600 odd k mission to kill what turned out to be two eagles lel
-
No problem thanks for the advice. The main issue with the vulture is compromising power you have to choose between shields thrusters or weapons. You can't have them all amazing ^^! However from building a dropship you can get a fairly hefty build for it without compromising. My mates currently running a fer de lance that's a very nice ship and we together have defeated 6 anacondas in on strong signal source . I am tempting by a python!

Hi Guys, So I've had my vulture for a couple of days now and what a ship! I've been killing 2-3 anacondas in a instance at a time, but I'm wondering if anyone has flown / used federal dropship as I'm close approaching that as my next ship any advice? also if anyone wants to wing let me know

I'm off to an animosity 30k event tommorow and Sunday ^^ narrative gaming ftw

I kitted out my cobra for combat and last night after months of not playing my first battle and expert anaconda... took me a while but I won!

Cobra or asp asp is better for exploring cobra is pretty good

The big guy for sigmar has a chance to do 18 wounds and his mount has the chance 18 so in one round of combat he could wipe that I wiped a 15 man squad of blood letter Friday
-
Great report! and as for the age of sigmar he should of easily been able to do that ^^ especially if using the sigmarines!

Excellent chat! yes i agree dont listen to the internet in general about 40k! There is quite a few people who get rather irate about 40k lore and 40k in general. Those sorts of people lose thier minds if you ally dark eldar with eldar summon daemons with spacemarines etc. While these things would make me frown a little you can do whatever you want its your army! Its always good to have a bit of a reasoning behind why your army is the way it is. So for instance spacemarines summoning deamons could be that they are turning traitor, or deldar and eldar working together could be that they've decided the enemy army is a bigger threat. The best thing about 40k for me is the varation and differences every person usually has with there army and fluff!
-
The best answer here is if your opponents ok with it aslong as you use your points cost to tell him what you have and say im bringing this you can officially bring whatever you want. This is an unbound list, in a normal list you would be expected to build a force that you would call your primary detacthment i.e. Blood angels detachment with grey knight allies. This usually means you follow the Force organisation chart when building your army of 1hq 2 troops for your primary and your secondary requires 1 hq and a troop choice. Then you can use any of the other types of units upto the max specified in the force organisation chart, usually 2 for HQ 6 for troops and 3 for heavy support fast attack and elite. Hope that makes sense.

impressive stuff! few faces i recognise there!

we may well have ran into eachother at some point then!

Grey knights are one of your very elite armies in 40k and probably one of the cheapest to start with as I have lists that work in 1850 games with around 15 models no vehicles ^^ think of the grey knights as the jedi's of 40k there all psykers and very good ones and there damn well trained and are very very very good at killing daemons! Orks Because ORKS ORKS ORKS they are funky and can be played many different ways and if your decently quick with them they usually make a game fun for both people Necrons have been toned down a lot with there new codex and its still a very good codex and you can pretty much take the models you like and make a working army as all the units work pretty much Space marines have fantastic variety and can be built in many different ways to any play style Space wolves Like above except VIKINGS Blood angels Like above But vampires Chaos are more difficult as they do have units that just don't work in certain scenarios and you need to find a real synergy within your army list but when you do find it.... dear lord.... especially when used with daemons... Tau smell very strongly of mature cheddar and come in blocks shaped like giant battle suits basically tau are a gunline army but have access to some of the best monstrous creatures in the game especially if you like forgeworld added bonus if your into gundam Daemons tend to be very random and have very strong specific units under certqain situations certain gods give you advantages in certain scenarios and whats not to love about big Daemon princes and greater daemons the models are beautiful Eldar Damn quick and deadly lots of specialised units and THE best transport in the game that makes you cry every time you hear serpent shield also smell faintly of edam Dark eldar I don't really know these guys very well but have played a few armies with them as allies usually elder they have some nice units and they can hit damn hard ! I think the unit I was impressed with was grotesques but I could be wrong imperi... astra militarium I haven't played much of these but the themes tends to be massive units of infrantry that blind everyone with there blinky lights or lots and lots and even more tanks.... pretty cool army to play and can be very effective against the usually nails lists Inquisition usually a codex that's allied with others you get cool guys who have very cool artifacts for not many points who buff your amry in various ways brilliant special characters and are kind like judge dredd of the 40k universe Imperial Knights I haven't seen many people use these as a full army but I have seen these as allies they can be crippling against massed infranty or deathstars very big walkers with very big swords that cleave and stomp anything that survives the initial shelling http://awscdn.cdngeek.net/images/smilies/smile.png hope this helps!

They would be grey knights think of jedi's put them in terminator armour and give them an unbreakable love of the emperor and unquenchable hate of all deamons and heretics and poof grey knights!
