I installed Windows 10 Education successfully on an HP Laptop while hard wire connected to our school's network, setup a local Admin account, renamed the laptop and added it to our school domain. All very good. However, when logging in as the System administrator I have limited access to a load of things, specifically the Control Panel only shows the sound icon and nothing else. Cannot see or find User Accounts or anything else. Any ideas?
