I've figured it out how to add the device manually to mosyle. I found these instructions on Apple's support page. For Apple TV re-enrolment, after the MDM profile is removed, the device can be manually enrolled in the new MDM solution. To manually re-enrol in tvOS 15 or later, navigate to Settings > General > Privacy, hover over Share Apple TV Analytics, press Play/Pause, then enter the URL of the enrolment profile.

I've been struggling with this and as soon as you prepare the device the message appears to say that the device needs to be erased and then it restores and disconnects and you are back to the beginning. Is there another way of adding this Apple TV to Mosyle?

We're still having issues with Inventry but I've been tasked on finding a possible replacement - I've approached Sign In App but they only offer SIMS Integration for AM / PM & Lates. Can anyone recommend a solution which offers individual lesson writeback?

We had an engineer out who set it up for our onsite SIMS server. It connects fine but we are having issues with the lesson scans where periodically the system falls over when students aren't matched in the lesson. The issue seems to be that the connector isn't pulling the information correctly from SIMS.

Good Morning, We've had InVentry installed on our site just before the summer holidays. Unfortunately we have had quite a few teething issues and we're still not further forward. We have it sync with SIMS which is where our issues are. We've had a request from there support to install SIMS on the Inventry computer they supply and join it to our domain? We'd also like to know if you have had similar issues with SIMS and Inventry?

We currently have an IDP Smart 30 but it seems to be jamming frequently and I am trying to simplify the process of printing the cards and adding them to Net2 for door access. Is there a simpler way of adding the cards to net2 without scanning it one by one?

Hello I have got the lovely task of creating ID Badges for our 6th Form. Is there an easy way of exporting the photos with names out of SIMS?

If this is happens when a user first logs on, it is because when they logged off last there is a check-box which says to reopen programs on next login. Hope this helps.

Hello We are having an issue with our macs at the moment. When a user creates a folder they are unable to rename it. If you right click and open Get Info the option to rename is greyed out. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks Akhurstf1
