Just thought I would ask again seen as its been a few months with no reply, any help would be appreciated.

I have an app on my ipads that I want to remove (Pic Collage), we manage our app through apple config. I have untick the app and refreshed, I get no errors and when I click on an ipad it shows the app unticked, but when I look on the pad it is still there. has anyone had this before? we use lightspeed for mdm

Our school has youtube blocked, but in this app you can add youtube clips which work. does anyone know the best way of removing this without taking the app off? we are using lightspeed mdm. in setting under the app you can take videos off but the children know how to turn it back on.

Hi We have Presto for printing and file printing to file, we have a problem where when you sent a pictures for example from an ipad is says there is a problem and the print has failed and it retries, but the print has been sent and their can be aload of the same pictures printing or waiting to print or the folder on the server which it saves the file to has the same picture aload of times. Has anyone go this program and had this problem? Hope this makes sense.

It never come on so i can hear it go off or come on, I am not certain it is charging, all i see is the lights on the front when plugged in, but i have tried another battery and it does the same.

Hi I work in a school and a teacher reported her laptop was not switching on, when i went and look at it the battery had been removed, i put the battery back in and put the power supply in and the power light and battery light come on but it does not seem to be coming on. i tried putting another battery to see if it was the battery but i get the same problem. could some one help. Hope i give enough info.

I am having to install them all individually through itunes, looks like the only way.

Can you not put these apps in AC? It says they are a paid app and they are no codes left, but its a free app with IOS7, can i not be put this on all my IPADs without buying a license.

Is no one else having this problem? its a pain having to go through all the pads every time.

Hi Everyone I work in a Primary school and we have bought some iPad's for the first time (16 IPad2's and 16 Mini's). I was recommended to use AC but finding it hard to do a few things, so help would be appreciated. I attached one of my ipads to my mac and setup a wifi profile and put it on supervision and prepared it. when it was complete I setup my apps and icloud then did a backup. I set another one up and used the backup but it went through the new install setting (choose language and location etc). Is this right as it would be a pain to do this on all new installs? also it does not save the icloud password can this be save? Hope this make sense. Thanks
