Still waiting for my Support Net account to be created, filled it all in just not back yet. Still have the issue and the HT is getting a little tetchy..any other way of getting the Patch ?

Hey there, I have a school running SIMS and Office 2010. When the HT tries to run a Assessment/Individual Report in SIMS all we get is the following error "Unable to download the Base Template file. Please close the application and then open it again". Needless to say we have done that, but all we get is the same error again and again........ I've tried logging in to the machine as Admin, but no dice... Anybody on here seen this error and managed a workaround for it ? Any help greatly received..... cheers much, Dom
