If you purchase a processor licence from an approved academic licence reseller then it should cost you around £300. With a processor licence you do not need any CALs. RivaNet is such a copmany. If you go down the other route then you will need a CAL for every person who uses both Facility and ePortal.

There's a new CMIS behaviour management model due to be released in the summer. It is accessed through ePortal and their are various anlysis reports which go with it. It would be worthwhile having a demo of this before thinking about 3rd party software.
