Hi, first post from a longtime lurker! I've often been frustrated by users forgetting passcodes and the iPad coming to me disabled and with no wi-fi so I can't use our MDM (Lightspeed) to unlock the iPad. I was talking with Lightspeed about another issue recently and asked about this. In our passcode policy we had the number of failed attempts set to 10, which is the maximum allowed. I was told to set the maximum number of failed attempts to zero which means that the iPad doesn't get disabled and so the wi-fi doesnt' get switched off. It does seem counter-intuitive, but it does work, and was one of those "why didn't anyone tell me" moments, so I thought I'd share! Tor
