Hi Guys, Been a silent reader for a while but finally registered! So first post. Its pretty much my full time job working with apple in education so I know my fair share about iPads and MDM software especially in schools. What I think it will be is that there not connecting to apples APN severs. (Apple push notification) Check that ports TCP 5223 2195 2196 443 are open and then I believe it should work!
