  1. Thanks for that all the ports are open as far as I can tell
  2. yeah I added the server addresses into the local bypass
  3. We have users that access SIMS databases that sit on other domains within our trust. They can access the other SIMS databases fine, no problems with that. Its when they try to use document server on those specific databases. The document servers work fine locally on the server and on the domain they set in but not from outside the domain. I can telnet to the document server fine on port 8080 from the users device and also the address resolve correctly as well. It has worked in the past as far as I am aware. Anyone got any ideas? Many Thanks Stephen
  4. We have setup SIMS on an SQL cluster and this works fine. We are now trying to setup the Document Server but we are hitting a brick wall. It keeps coming up saying it cannot find the SQL instance though it is there and accessible. Anyone else come across this? Thanks
  5. We have been tasked with implementing CEDAR with SIMS. CEDAR is going to be the front end and SIMS is still going to contain all the relevant data. I have been working with the people who have created CEDAR but this is the first time they have tried to link it up with SIMS. We are in the process of mapping the fields from SIMS to CEDAR but any help and or tips would be most useful as this is new territory for us all. Thanks Stephen
