I tried one called Rufus,its lets you prepare the Usb using GPT partition.
If you look at my first post.You will see that I could see the drive in UEFI boot order and I could boot only to find those errors.
If I don't use GPT and instead use the 32bit bootsect.exe and Microsoft USB tool, the USB flashdrive would not even show in the UEFI order and even if I enabled Legacy it would not boot from it.
Hence I tried Rufus and now the error that I get is the BCD missing error.
