Roles & Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include providing technical support to all Academy members with the emphasis on 2nd line or specialist support and encompassing 1st and 3rd line where required. You will be supporting the development of often, complex ICT solutions in conjunction with the Deputy Network Manager and Network Manager. You will also play a pivotal role in supporting other members of the technical support team along with staff and students within the Academy. Essential: At least 1 years’ experience of providing technical support (1st/2nd line) and systems development in a medium to large ICT environment. Experience of managing and supporting Windows desktop and server systems and managed network environments. Working in an ICT support environment to defined service levels and targets.
