Hi El_s Unless things have changed (we have the 2003-2007 3.5.3 version) just log in as admin, then select set up, then initial set up and set up periods. once you are in there you can change name of each period and add new ones as required - probably help to write it all out on paper first and delete all existing periods and start again from the first period of the day.
