I've just had the same problem and I think it was the fact that the iPads were new and the date/time and time zone were set wrong. Changed that and it started working.

Does anybody know if you can change the order of periods in this system. I have been asked to add in 3 new periods Before School, Lunch and After school, but when I do this it puts them all at the end of the list. Is there any way round this? Thanks

We also have Surfcontrol installed and have banned online games. We have looked at the Surfcontrol logs and they don't seem to be using anything like games sites and we cannot re-create the symptoms by accessing the sites they are using.

Hi, We have a strange problem where the letter keys D L and I just stop working in whatever application you are using. The only way to get them working again is by re-booting the machine. This happens on random machines, but we have noticed it is always after break time, when the pupils have been using the internet. We have Spybot installed on all the machines and it is not picking anything up. We have also completely re-built the machines involved and that has made no difference. We are running Windows XP Pro SP2, IE 6, McAfee VirusScan 8 and Spybot 1.4. Have any of you come across this? I have searched my usual websites, but can't find anything. Thanks

Hi, I am new to macs and have been given an old Clamshell iBook, which was in a bit of a state. I have the original disks (Mac os 9.0.4) and so restored it to it's original state. After restarting it I have been getting and 'Illegal Instruction' error, which I have found out is something to do with extensions. I am working through trying to find which one is causing the problem but I am a bit confused as to why this is a problem, when I have restored it. Could anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks.
