    Have a very similar issue, currently looking at leasing copiers which have PaperCut built in. Then with our mono's just use the PaperCut to restrict users to limited printing. It also has some impressive features.

    I name all workstations, then use Visio to create a room plan. Laminate 1 for the wall, and store on a shared folder for convenience.
