  1. We use Impero here having used NetSupport in the past. The additional functionality within Impero is very useful - Mimic Scripts for example. Also works on Terminal Servers very well. Bob
  2. On starting up Adobe CS5 flash we received the following Error Clicking ok just closes the application down. We discovered the following fix for this issue: Delete a file called “fontinfo.txt” from the affected users profile. The path location is as follows: \\PC_NAME\c$\Documents and Settings\Default User\Local Settings\Application Data\Adobe\Flash CS5\en_US\Configuration\fontinfo.txt Also delete it from the Default User profile or it will be copied into any newly created user profiles that are created on that machine. Further Information: Environment is Windows XP SP3 Adobe version is CS5 Roaming profiles and mandatory profiles are not in use. Hope this helps anybody else suffering from the same issue. Bob
  3. Bradford - It's SUN. Although they are providing the solution the managed service is being provided by Amey Business Services. In terms of time we are due to be TUPE'd across mid-August 2008 with occupancy of the new building start of September 2008. All on target and looking very flashy. TUPE is the real kick in the pants as it does infer we couldn't have done what they're doing but seeing as we operate with only a tenth of the spend in BSF, over the same time period, it's hardly a major surprise.
