  4. Hi Koldov EntrySign has a number of configurable options in relation to Paxton integration and how it handles users and token numbers and these need to be configured according to your requirements, your access control setup, what readers you have, the RFID technology in use etc. When it comes to syncing users, there are options to push from EntrySign to Paxton or pull from Paxton to EntrySign and we can also do quite a bit of token manipulation where required to get numbers to match across different systems although the access control system and readers can create some inherent limitations themselves. EntrySign will not by default manipulate any users in Paxton which it has not created itself. You can therefore continue to manually administer users outside of EntrySign if desired although we wouldn't typically recommend this as it's generally better to keep to a single 'flow' where users originate from a source (e.g. Active Directory or an MIS system), are pulled into EntrySign and then pushed into Net2 for example. This helps to keep everything in sync as if you do create users directly in Paxton, then configure EntrySign to also push users then it's possible you'll might get some duplicates. We'll drop you a PM and if you can let us have a contact number we will be happy to give you a call and chat about your specific setup and see if we can help to get things working as you'd like them.
  5. Our EntrySign system offers multiple options in the event of a fire or other emergency. Evacuation reports can be printed to a dedicated printer (or multiple printers) and also sent to a person (or group of people) by email. Evacuation reports can even be automated using our fire alarm interface, so when the fire alarm is activated the reports are printed and/or emailed automatically. Reports can be split by site/year/form/person type etc. which is useful if your organisation has multiple muster points. EntrySign LIVE is an optional cloud service which provides customers with an 'always up-to-date' snapshot of who is on your site, which you can view within a web-app on any internet connected device. You can mark people as 'safe' when you take your roll-call/registers and this doesn't need to be 'triggered' as it is always accessible, whenever you need it. If your class / form teachers use the school registers for your roll-call, EntrySign will keep a record of the 'differences' between the registers and the actual status (i.e. those pupils/student who arrived late, after registration or those who may have left site for medical appointments etc.) so you can easily reconcile these, and also integrates with most school management systems to update registers and even pull the current attendance marks to include on evacuation reports if required. If anyone would like any further information on EntrySign, just let us know and we'll be happy to answer any questions or arrange a demo.
  6. Localzuk is absolutely right, only Paxton readers will read the encrypted number from a Paxton (Hitag-2) card. Many Paxton customers do use other card technologies such as Mifare (as you say) in which case it is possible to push and/or pull token numbers (within EntrySign at least). If you are using Paxton Hitag 2 cards/fobs we can still synchronise users and we have an easy self-enrolment feature which allows users to 'link' their cards to their account within EntrySign so you can still share the same cards/fobs across both systems without too much difficulty.
