don t no how i got it to work but i have sorted it, thank you. Working on the web tracker now any pointers / where to start i no you have to use a sql data but thats about it ??

thank you i ended up just restarting the server and magicly came back.

Help i am a system admin on hap (running the latist version) on win server 2003 basicly when ever i click on booking system or help desk i get the folling error Server Error in '/' Application Screen shot below

We have restarted IIS. but not gone any where so we are going for a restart of the server.

Hello my hap seems to have locked everybody out will not let anybody log in. i dont no how to get on it, to find the problem. i have put setup. at the end still will not work HELP

ok thank you do you mean are log on script for studnets/ staff when they log on to PC's or the script for HAP ?

Hello pritty new to HAP but just about got most of the things working what we would like but just dont no ware to go with the tracker (live logons, web logons, historys logons) we would really like this to work. We are running it on win server 2003 we are running HAP v8 i have gone on to active directory and put in the .exe and done a few other it what i have watched of videos but just not getting any ware not getting any errors just nothink on the tracker pages just blank. thank you any ideas would be greatly apreshated. I have uploaded a pic and it just showes what happens when i click on the live logon page.

Hello has any body got SIMS.net working on home access plus on remote apps or any other kind of way one dont no where to start two dont no what to do do you conect to the sims server ??/. HELP i have the shared drive needed for sims working just dont no where to go next

When First setting up HAP there are some security settings what need changeing E.G something like the app data folder needs the user "iis" modify access. or "network user" needs special permishans its doing my head in. any help would be greatful. i have read it before in these forums but can not find it. did have 8.6 working find now have just downloaded 8.7 and trying to resetup ????? working on windows sever 2003 sp3
