An exciting opportunity to shape Oasis Community Learning, West Midlands NJC SP 38 - 42 (£31,754 - £35,430 per annum, National) + Local Government Pension Scheme Oasis is currently seeking to recruit a Regional Service Delivery Manager in the West Midlands to fill a full-time position within the ICT Team. This person will work as part of a national IT Service Managers Team providing ICT support across the UK to Oasis Community Learning's portfolio of Academies, tenants and customers. This is a key role combining strong technical service delivery expertise, with day to day management of a team of Engineers to deliver incident management, change management, relationship management and high levels of customer satisfaction. The post holder will have previous Management experience working in a Service Desk or ITIL environment, as well as a good understanding, knowledge and experience of: ITIL best practices Microsoft Server and desktop operating systems and applications Understanding of technologies including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VPN’s Any knowledge of educational software such as VLE’s and MIS systems This role is very customer focused so it is vital that the successful candidate thrive on building and developing relationships with customers at all levels. An ability to write clear, accurate technical/process documents is also essential to the role. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a National IT Team which has recently invested 3.5 million pounds in IT systems.   4. NJC SCP 27 – 31 (£22,958 – 26,276) A permanent ICT Site Leader is required at Oasis Academy John Williams, a large secondary school within a national educational charity. You will have a strong technical background, experience of service software packages and working to an SLA.
