  1. That one didn't work, unfortunately. Thanks for trying again!
  2. Thank you for your input, I've taken out &u&b&d and replaced it with %username% within HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\PageSetup\footer Is this correct? As only '%username%' prints out as %username%.
  3. Thanks for you reply but Papercut is a print management software. I was seeking an answer for how it was done for IE without the need for PMS, within the quoted text above.
  4. How is this achieved? Thanks.
  5. Unifi is the best option, costs about £120 for 3. The best thing about them is that you can manage them together in 1 centralised web application.
  6. Hello, I am just getting use to server 2003, I would like to set up an ftp server for home using IIS. I have set up everything required except the anonymous access. I would like to set this up. I do not know what the password is; how to change it, and would like to know what member the anonymous account has to be put in in order for it to be used. I know there is a default one but I would like this changed to a personalised one. Thank you
  7. Never had a problem with that, at all
  8. We use smart cards, then simply use a label (which we feed into a normal printer) and then just stick it on the card! Cheap and effective, no fancy card printer needed.
  9. We have now cleaned the projector, the purple patch has gone. However, it now overheats and the lamp warning light comes on- this is a different problem. Any ideas?
  10. Hello, We have recently had someone bring in a projector (epson emp-x5) that has had a bulb put in it about a year ago. I have cleaned the dust out. It however, shows a flashing purple patch on the screen when it is on a light background (such as a word document). Is there anyone that could have a solution for this? Thank you.
  11. Have create a default user (default8) logged in setup desktop and personal settings, logged out to save settings, logged back in as administrator renamed Default to Defaultold, renamed Default8 to Default. This worked fine in Windows7 but windows8 get profile service unable to start or get logged in with temporary profile.
  12. I have tried to create a default profile in windows 8; by using the same techniques as windows 7, but none of these work, is there a new way of doing this? Thank you.
