We have an Aruba 650 series controller and we use Aruba AP-105 access points.

Did you ever find anywhere to get replacements? We have one of the bricks that has done the same thing and we don't really fancy paying £120 for a replacement from the Lego website.

+1 for Shimmer - You need to completely get rid of any old version of SMART before installing 11, otherwise things really go awry. There is also an old removal tool which I think will still work for you: http://downloads.smarttech.com/software/sbs/cleanuputility/Board95Cleanup.exe

Did you ever get this to work? I'm trying to do the same thing and install rising stars science on our RM CC4 server and I'm getting the same error.

Can we please have a bit of chunky-jumpered Christmassy Sarah Lund on the tree?
