  1. Hi Burgemaster...did you find a solution to your problem?. I seem to be having the same issue as you with the same drivers
  2. Will do that snagrat..thanks for your help....
  3. Hey all, Been getting the following message when trying to PXE boot from our boot image into MDT. "A connection to the deployment share could not be made. The following networking device did not have a driver installed. PCI\VEN.........." I have added these drivers into the deployment share, created a new boot image from it and I have imported that boot image back into WDS yet it still does not seem to pick it up. I have managed to get this working before but things are no longer working after I completely regenerated our boot image. I have done this before successfully using the same methods as above so i'm not sure what I am doing wrong or different. Any ideas of what I may be missing? Thanks in advance......
  4. What is the exact error message that you get?. You can also get MDT to capture images.
  5. Hi Duke5A, We were doing it the same way that you are now (Putting the office install on the image). We did not have any problems although every office install did have the same CMID. This did not cause an issue regarding activation as we had already reached the threshold of unique requests. I decided to play it safe and deploy office instead via a task sequence just to avoid any potential issues in the future. In all honesty however, I don't think you will experience a problem although I cant be certain. Hopefully somebody here knows the exact answer?
  6. Hey All, I am having problems installing Mindjet Manager Pro 7 via Group Policy. The download includes an .msi which I try to deploy to computers, but nothing seems to happen. Can anybody help or point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance
  7. Thanks for your reply. Do you know if removing office and installing it again resets the rearm counter?. I would assume NO. Will multiple installations of Office not activate via KMS if they have the same CMID?
  8. Hi All, Here is the scenario. Each time office is rearmed, it generates a unique CMID and lessens the remaining re-arm count by one. We re-arm office before capturing an image. When this image is updated, we rearm office again before capturing it and so on. Eventually, we will get to a point where we will no longer be able to re-arm office 2010 as you are only allowed to re-arm office 5 times. If you capture an image without re-arming Office, you will have Office 2010 installations with the same CMID. Will a KMS Server still be able to activate clients with duplicate CMIDs? Thank you in advance for your help
