Someone else with the same issue, fantastic! We're seeing it on 1709/1809/1903/1909, all with March CU's installed, if we go back to Feb it's fine. Not sure what's going on here.

Hi, see https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3170005 which details what's wrong. You can remove the update as suggested but it's going to bite you sometime. Another example of MS screwing the enterprise...

Hi, Great to see someone else with the same problem, we have students using it and are only standard users. We've tried your suggestion but we're still getting the elevation prompt. Are there any other permissions that need changing? Ben
