I Use Sophos and would recommend it every time. We use it on all our clients,Microsoft servers and Novell servers. You can do all the admin from one very easy to use console and it wasn't difficult setting it up. The latest version alerts you to suspicious file and lets you control which applications are authorized or not.

We use Surfcontrol for Isa . This has built in categoties one of which is proxy sites. A combination of this and zero tolerance has kept abuse levels very low

Buy Hp every time. We have both A4 and A3 colour laser printers. They have been in for 18 months and not one has required engineers attention
