Hi All, Need some help if possible? New to the Nova side of SIMS this year and I think I may have missed a step. Currently all our lessons are doubles apart from a Friday; on Nova I doubled up every lesson and assigned one teacher to the class. However it has just come to my attention that in SIMS the double lessons are requiring two registers P1 &P2 even though it’s the same lesson with the same teacher. Ideally I would only want staff to the take the register once in the double lesson, rather than twice. Have I missed something on Nova? Or is there a section on SIMS that I need to set up? At my current school, we have are doing a few things – uploading documents to a students linked document, however before this is uploaded we password protect each of the documents then uploaded as public. We have also created a few UDF fields to store the additional information, and added them to the welfare section, to limit who has access to these UDF.
