I found solution. After connecting through com1 power off and power on the switch. During start you'll see communicate that you can press CTRL-B. Do it and you'll get menu where you can choose to restart without configuration. After restart you can login as admin with empty password. Then write "initialize" command to reset configuration to default settings.

I've got the same problem with 3Com 2928 SFP Plus. Could you describe more details about the solution you used because I don't understand how to reset the password. Thanks
