I quite agree. Our LA goes to pains to not influence schools, any supplier is allowed to bid to go on the framework. I agree that the procurement is slightly questionable if this doesn't happen!

Does anyone know how many UK schools are currently using Aspen for their MIS?

Has anyone migrated completely to Progresso? If so, how easy do you find the reporting - is it much easier than CMIS?
