I've only had issues with Acrobat pro not deploying via the MSI and needing the setup.exe --silent to install, with all the other apps the msi works eg msiexec /i "AdobeAfterEffects.msi" /qn REBOOT=REALLYSUPPRESS /L*V %temp%\AdobeAfterEffectsInstall.log 👍

Is the user account you are testing with in the same OU structure (assuming AD joined machines) and getting the same set of policies applied as the users reporting the slow log on times?
